Varför:
Ni medlemmar och arrangörer är de som skapar föreningen, därför tycker vi att det är viktigt att bjuda in er alla till en helg med gemenskap, samtal och aktiviteter.
Vi vill samlas för att prata om lesbisk organisering, umgås och ha roligt! I år kommer vi fokusera lite extra på att utbyta tankar och erfarenheter kring tillgänglighet i föreningen. Vi kommer att diskutera hur vi tillsammans kan göra föreningen ännu större och mer tillgänglig för alla som söker efter en lesbisk gemenskap där en får skapa och delta på aktiviteter och mötesplatser utifrån sina egna intressen och behov.
Träffen riktar sig till dig som är arrangör i en lokalavdelning eller i en nationell arrangörsgrupp liksom till dig som är medlem och intresserad av att engagera dig mer i föreningen i framtiden.
Träffen är helt kostnadsfri för dig som deltar. Resa, boende, mat och fika bekostas av föreningen.

- Kvinnor/ icke-binära/ transpersoner
- Medlemmar som arrangerat aktiviteter i föreningen förr eller som är nyfikna på att göra det i framtiden
- Ingen åldersgräns
Urval:
Vi har plats för 35 personer på träffen. Vi gör därför ett urval av sökande. Vid urval strävar vi efter representation av olika erfarenheter och identiteter. Efter urval hör vi av oss till alla som anmält sig och meddelar om en fått plats på träffen eller om en hamnat på en reservlista.

Spring is here, and that means it's time for the annual national meeting of Lesbian Power!
Why: You, our members and organizers, are the ones who shape the organization. That's why we believe it's important to invite all of you to a weekend of community, conversations, and activities.
We want to come together to discuss lesbian organizing, socialize, and have fun! This year, we'll focus a bit more on exchanging thoughts and experiences regarding accessibility within the organization. We'll discuss how we can make the organization even bigger and more accessible to everyone seeking a lesbian community where they can create and participate in activities and meeting places based on their own interests and needs.
The meeting is aimed at those who are organizers in a local chapter or national organizing group, as well as those who are members and interested in getting more involved in the organization in the future.
The meeting is completely free for participants. Travel, accommodation, food, and refreshments are covered by the organization.
Date: May 3rd-5th

Who is it for: LGBTQI individuals, Women/non-binary/transgender individuals
Members who have organized activities in the organization before or are curious about doing so in the future

Selection: We have space for 35 people at the gathering. Therefore, we will make a selection of applicants. In our selection process, we aim for representation of various experiences and identities. After the selection, we will contact everyone who has registered and inform them whether they have secured a spot at the gathering or if they have been placed on a waiting list.
